For the most part, the plans are decent. There are a number of areas where there is missing information and that plans do not provide sufficient narrative detail. To fill in the gaps you need some knowledge which luckily I have, and you have to go back and review the video and compare to the actual plan to verify details like placements, measurements, what materials to use where, and a few other things.
For example, there are different length 2x4's for a particular wall or set of walls. It is not detailed what which lengths to use and where. Only the general supplies needed. It might sound small, but if you make a mistake, your making another trip to the supplier. A few sentences here and there will make a difference.
Read, view, check, and check again to make sure.
