Refund Policy

At Everyday Shed, we want our customers to feel confident about every purchase. This policy explains how we handle refunds for both digital downloads and physical products.

Digital Products (Shed Plans & Downloads)

We offer a no-questions-asked 14-day refund policy on all digital products.

If for any reason you’re not satisfied, simply email us at scott@everydayshed.com within 14 days of purchase, and we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.

After 14 days, refunds on digital products will no longer be available.

Once refunded, your access to the digital file will be revoked.

Physical Products (when available)

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for any physical products.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all manuals or accessories.

A proof of purchase is required to process the return.

How to Start a Return

Email  scott@everydayshed.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

We’ll provide instructions and the proper return address.

For defective or incorrect items, we’ll cover return shipping. For all other reasons, return shipping will be the customer’s responsibility.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days, and we’ll replace or refund the item promptly.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
